Every graduating cohort raises the technical floor of the Royal Cambodian Armed Forces. Trainees produce real spare parts, real fixtures, and real diagnostics — work that goes straight to operational units. The Center is a school first and a workshop second, but the workshop output is held to deployable standards.

Graduates leave with portable, civilian-recognized skills: CAD literacy, machine certification, welding qualifications, and an understanding of how AI tooling supports manufacturing decisions. The program treats National Service as the start of a career, not an interruption.

The Center is open to both male and female conscripts on equal terms. Workshop pairings, billet assignments, and certification standards are identical regardless of gender. Cambodia's defense industrial base is built by all of its youth.
